Sun Life Project Manager interview questions

Person called and asked to set up an appointment for a 20 minute phone interview. During the phone interview, the person asked me to tell me about myself, expound on a project that is significant for you, what are your financial responsibilities, if you are responsible for all phases of the project. They will then talk with the hiring manager to see if the projects that I have worked on fits the hiring manager's requirements.
