TD Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Through a phone call asked more than 10 questions about customer service experience and job related questions. The speaking language was not much clear as the lady contacted me was from Quebec. It was really difficult to follow her interview questions with a french accent.

i did an online simulation first, then a group interview and it went well. it was mostly based on common sense. It was a great experience. I dressed casual but also had a blazer on to look professional.
