TD Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Easy, spoke with the manager and assistant manager and they asked work experience and personality questions. Also asked customer service questions such as how would handle difficulty customers and how do you say no to a customer

Interview process was pretty straightforward, after applying for the position I was contacted by a recruiter who completed a phone interview with me and then put me in contact with a manager for a zoom interview. The zoom interview was fairly quick, and I was asked the standard questions typically asked in any interview.
