I applied online and then 2 weeks later I got a phone call from HR. We talked for about 15 min and then she faxed me information to the branch manager. I got a call from the branch manager 10 min after scheduling an interview. The interview took about 30 min and I interviewed with the branch manager and the head CSR. I'm waiting to hear back about their decision.

I dropped off my resume and cover letter to the nearest TD bank from my house and asked for an interview in about a week. After an interview they asked me to do online assessment and then the result came out in about 2 weeks or so.

How do you keep yourself motivated?
The process takes 2 weeks. They required an online personality assessment ranking personality traits from 1-5. After this, they ask you to come in for an interview. I had mine with 2 Customer Service Managers and the Branch Manager. They were all extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I was asked normal interview questions. Said they would contact me back in 5 days.
