it was an interview for easy line and it was mostly behavioral interview. they asked questions about my previous experience in call center environment and experience with hard to deal customers. also asked how did i helped customer beyond my duties. it was very long - more than hour and after they told me they will be in touch with me in next week. unfortunately i did not pass

very clear cut phone interview asking about my general self. proceeding on there was a one to one interview with the hiring manager and it went well, received a call 2 days later saying i did not receive the job unfortunately

interview was to the point and basic. interviewer went over my application and asked a few questions accordingly. information about hours of operation and available shifts were also mentioned during the interview.
