TD interview questions

Got phone call from hiring manager directly and had phone interview abour 20 minutes. Then scheduled a day for interview in person. After 3 days and got offer.

Heard about a role that I might be interested in, had a phone interview within 24hrs of applying. Apparently went well as I as asked to come in to discuss the position on a 1:1. Interview was very free form and not very technical but that suits my style as a manager. My background matched what they wanted and I think they were very interested but I don't feel that they could offer me what I wanted in compensation. They were looking to offer in the low 80's. I was not ready to take a pay cut.
