I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TD in Jul 2010
Interview
The TD interview consisted of a presentation where we got to learn about the company and the benefits that they provide. We each got to speak to HR to see if a job at TD was something we wanted to pursue. Then we got to interview at a location. The person I interviewed with was really nice and introduced me to everybody. I was offered a position a few days later but turned it down because the location was too far from my house.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TD (New York, NY) in Aug 2010
Interview
I applied online and got called back for a phone interview about a week later. That went very well and I was asked to to a 1:1 interview. I arrived at my interview 15 minutes early and I was dressed very professional. From the start I knew the interview would be bad. The interviewer (wish I remembered her name) was extremely rude and came off as jealous. My resume stated that I was a HR management major but because I was going for a teller job she said I was unfocused. I was like really? Which one of your tellers really applied here so they could move up with the company. She was disheveled and obnoxious. I'm happy that didnt go well. It always works out for the better anyway.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD in May 2012
Interview
I got a call from the recruiter about two weeks after applying online. An interview was scheduled for the next day. Honestly, I thought I aced the interview. The manager seemed very impressed with me. I was asked mostly straightforward questions although she did ask me what color would I be and why which I found a little odd. I walked out of there believing the job was mine. Unfortunately, I got the rejection letter about a week later.
