Interview
I applied online and got a call 2 days later from HR. He just asked why I want to work for target, gave me the rate of pay and asked if I was still interested. I said yes and he set up an interview for the next day. I interviewed with two people(separate interviews). All the questions asked were on glass door. I didn't get the situational questions though. Anyways I thought I went really good but I got an email 3 days later saying I didn't get it. Wish I knew why I didn't get hired :(
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Riverside, CA) in May 2015
Interview
It was a pretty straightforward process. From what I know there are usually 2-3 rounds of interviews for this position. I only had two, one on campus at the career center and one with a district team leader in the district office. Both interviews were heavily behavioral-based questions with some others asking about my resume and "tell me about yourself" questions. In both interviews I only had 1 person interview me. Both times the interviewers were friendly and the interview environment was not too stressful. Just be sure to do your research on the company and on behavioral-based questions along with the STAR method and you will be good to go!

Interview
First interview was a phone call. She had to reschedule twice because she was stuck in traffic and busy. She was friendly and professional, asked typical questions about scenarios requiring the STAR answer format. Was looking to hire someone during Winter quarter instead or after my graduation in Spring. Did not mention this ahead of time before the interview..
