I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Riverside, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
I was originally denied employment twice based on my application. So i decided to show my face. Once i showed my face and called for a more detailed reason as to why I was denied employment they were excited to interview me. The interview process was brief and very easy. I spoke with someone on the phone and then I had my face-to-face with 2 managers and the HR each about 5 mins. The I was hired that same day.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Riverside, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Applied online (Saturday Night), I received a phone call on Monday asking if I was available to interview on Wednesday. When I got there, I had 2 separate interviews both lasting between 15-20 minutes. Both interviews were 1 on 1. The interviewers were very friendly. The 2nd interview, I'm not sure if it was done on purpose or not. But it started with me following the interviewer walking through part of the store with him asking me questions. When we got to his office, he started asking me questions from the interview sheet. One that was all done, I was offered the job.
