Target Sales Floor Team Member interview questions

I called the store inquiring whether or not they were hiring, and they set me up for an interview the following week. I had studied the other questions on this website, so I was ready for the interview. (Almost all questions were used.) I walked in and was interviewed by the first interviewer who was very polite, though seemed a little tired. She went through a packet of questions, wrote down my answers and I signed a paper confirming my availability (which was completely open). I was then introduced to my second interviewer how was also very polite. Went through a few more questions, which also went well, and was then told me they would call me, as I was the first of about 30 interviews that were to take place in the next few days. Of course, three days after the interview I received an email telling me I did not receive the position. I'm unsure as to why I was not hired. The interviews went very well, I have a good amount of retail experience and the interviewers responded very well to my answers, so I'm not sure what went wrong. Overall it was an okay experience, though I'm very disappointed I did all that preparing for nothing.

I applied at the Kiosk in the store, then talked with the Guest Services Team Lead, and he was able to communicate with Human Resources to immediately interview me. The interview was over 45 minutes later and I was hired. All I had to do was complete a drug test and go to training, and I was on the schedule.
