Interviewed with Recruiter which was fantastic very good interview full of engagement. The week after met with the District Manager in person and the interview was very dry. The District Manager slapped an interview response sheet on the desk and just read off questions from the sheet. It was a very impersonal experience. I was very qualified for the role and never received any communication there after.

The hiring manager was incredibly friendly and made it clear how passionate they were about Target’s mission and values. The questions were straightforward and overall it was very conversational. They made me feel comfortable and excited about the role.

very thorough process which impressed me.... they were very detailed and were stringent but fair to me overall i enjoyed experience and was able to get hired quickly by the company and am currently employed there. this is a good company to work and is a pioneer in this segment and better than my former employer walmart
