first there was an online test. composed of typing test ( want to see your typing speed) then there is an assessment test about your personality ( asking different questions about your personality and some behavioral questions) then there is a basic phone interview

Interview
I went through three interviews: 1. Phone interview with a recruiter.
2. Spent the day with a store manager.
The day with a store manager was a very good idea. I got to experience the actual working environment.
3. Interviewed with a district manager.
The District Manager interview was all behavioral based questions. I interviewed in a Target store.
The District Manager was dressed very casual and was a very nice man.
Contacted me promptly after I expressed interest in the position. The interview process was comfortable and informative. I met with 2 different managers in the same day. Most responsibilities were covered and my questions were addressed with efficient professionalism.
