On-campus job interview for 2 days -
1st day - Aptitude test and Psychometric test
2nd day - technical and HR round.
The decision was announced on the 2nd day and the offer letter came after a few months. After we passed out of the college, we were given joining dates and were communicated about the ILP location. You will have to bear the cost of relocation for this training session which is typically of couple of months. After successful completion of the training, the joining base location was announced. Work culture depends on the location in India.

After clearing the TCS National Qualifier Test (NQT), I attended a single interview round that combined technical and HR questions. The interviewer focused on my projects, programming knowledge, and understanding of current technologies. One of the main discussion topics was the difference between traditional software systems and AI-based systems. The interview was conversational, and the interviewer evaluated problem-solving ability, communication skills, and technical understanding. The overall experience was positive and the difficulty level was average.

It started of easy with some questions about my projects and then to writing the code of my projects. knowing your basics of things that you put on your resume would help so much.
