Easy....mostly interested in your ability to be regularly on time with consistant attendence. My construction experience helped immensly in my position as Sales Associate in gthe hardware department. I becamr the highest paid associate in that department in just two years with 3 salary increases.

They asked several questions but due to the fact that I was so over qualified...it was 'how soon can you start".
There were multiple experiential interview rounds and a technical interview with a choice of a consulting-style case study or a banking-style financial model case study. Majority of the team has prior background in banking or consulting.
