I went through two rounds of virtual interviews, first with a recruiter and then with the team. With the second interview, it was a sort of round robin multiple person interview. Pleasant experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Process was smooth and easy; consisted of some behavioral questions and a couple of straight forward case questions. People were very nice and the case questions were easy, some revenue & cost questions with simple math involved.
The interview was around 20 - 30 minutes, with the store manager. It was a calm atmosphere and I was asked about my previous experience and asked the standard situational questions like 'how would you handle a complaint', as well as asked to give examples.
Overall the interview went well - the manager was kind and gave me time to elaborate on answers.
