Beside being able to work from home from time to times for any personal reason, there wasn't any benefits. Sure we had a few 5@7, but work related benefits, none, for me at least.
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at US Army in Apr 2016
Interview
I was recruited out of law school. the process was lengthy but not difficult, it took a little while for the security clearance to be processed. interview was surprisingly laid back and casual for a goverment job.
