It was very simple. When you apply they have a lot of questions to see how you would handle a situation to get a feel for how are you. If they call you for an interview, from what I gather it means there’s a good chance you are going to be hired.

If I remember correctly they only asked me like 3 questions and they were all pretty standard. I believe one of them was where do I see myself in 5 years or along those lines.
As long as you give the answers they'd most likely want to hear, it's pretty easy to get a call back. It was pretty simple just a couple questions and as long as you're friendly and treat them how you'd treat customers and other employees it'll be okay.
