Was quick and easy, manager conducted interview. Lasted approximately 20 minutes. Gave me a tour of Walmart. Explained benefits to me and told me that I did not need former experience, they would train me.
I applied online and then went into the store for an interview with the Human Resources team. We sat in her office and looked at my resume. She then asked a few basic questions about me and about my job experience.
