Interview
It was a standard interview. I spoke with the store manager and was asked which job I was interested in, afterwards I interviewed with a customer service manager. She asked me standard interview questions. It was a very informal process. A group of us went on a tour of the store and were told that they would call us in when training began.

I turned in my application and a week later I called and asked to speak with hiring manager. I then asked if my aplication had been reviewed and stated that i was very interested in working for the company. they took my name and i got an interview the next week! they were very nice and asked all the basic questions like where i saw myself in 5 years.
