Initial phone call with HR representative - it lasted about 30 minutes and was a preliminary screening to ask about myself and tell me more about the job description. This including location, rough compensation and timeline of the position and hiring process.

At the interview, they asked a lot of basic questions like what are my strengths and weaknesses. What your 5 year plan is, how you would handle yourself in difficult situation, etc.
