Interview
The interview was pretty quick and easy. I met with the department coach and she showed me the back/OPD area and told me about the OPD process. It was an immediate hire situation.

Simple question and answer session, very informal feel with very personable staff. Didn't ask any questions outside of the usual "describe when" types. Nothing innovative or new in the interview.
