If a customer is disappointed by the service provided by a cashier and becomes angry about it. How would you handle the situation?
Very straightforward interview with behavioral questions like what would you do if a customer gives a hard time. One or two before moving on and starting the training process. It was easy to complete.

It was more of a walkthrough of the store. There was no real interview. Just a discussion of what’s expected as well as availability. Recieved a phone call and got a tour within the next week.
