Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Walmart (Houston, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
Walmart sent behavior related questions to my email. Questions were relating to how you work work with others and how you interact with customers. Got call from team manager after submitting questions the next day.
Very simple, in person one-on-one with a manager. Told me about Walmart and the role and asked if I was interested. Little to no questions and was over quite fast.
