I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Memphis, TN) in May 2025
Interview
Easy interview over the phone. Phone interview took about 45 minutes. I was then invited to a face to face interview at the store where I walked the store with the SM and MM.
Fairly easy. Multiple rounds. Just have positive attitude. They’ll do an initial round. And then you meet with 2 other supervisors on 2 different occasions. They just want to make sure you will be friendly to customers and be able to listen and follow directions
I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Sheboygan, WI) in Feb 2025
Interview
Very easy, they brought me to their office and just asked me pretty typical interview questions. After the interview was done, I got the job offer and accepted. After I accepted, I then got a tour of the department I applied for.
