In the interview because I already worked for the company, it was a three panel interview with my operations manager, and two of my area managers in which each one asked me a question and then my operations manager asked me two.
Three rounds of interviews - first by recruiter in house; second by the hiring manager and third was panel interview by team members and other leaders. It took almost 3 weeks to finish all the interview process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Jacksonville, FL) in Oct 2024
Interview
No interview was required for this position. I received an email saying to show up for training. Could not have been any easier. Highly recommend to anyone who does not like interviews.
