Instore or online job application followed by a personal interview. The online application does try to reveal the strengths of the applicant prior to the interview. If the applicant has prior experience in receiving, stocking merchandise, grocery experience or experience in phone technology or even banking experience as well as experience in the cash office or as a check out person.

Interview
The interview was pretty simple, they called me into an office and asked some of the basic questions about the job requirements and such. I asked some questions which were answered in a round about way. It was an all in one stop with all the paper work filled out by the time I left. One week later I was working for our local Walmart store.

There are 3 interviews. the first one is to see if you meet their qualifications for the job. The second one is to be able to demonstrate how you would do the job and the third one is for getting the scheduling for the training and start date.
