I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Metairie, LA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Very easy. I applied online for multiple stores and got calls the same and next day to come in for an interview. The one I went to just asked me to sign a few papers verifying the information on my application was correct, told me what the position was , and asked me one question. He then told me what the pay rate would be and that was that. Unfortunately, Walmart isn’t the type of job for me. I don’t like shopping there past 10am and it’s even worse when you’re working on the floor.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was a really easy interview, the hiring manager was very friendly. We shook hands and she took me to the manager's office. I was a little nervous as she asked me a few questions, but afterward, I was hired on the spot. Just try to be yourself and don't be too nervous because then they won't be able to get to know you.
