I liked the pre-interview process of texting and reminders. The computer psychology screen was baffling though. I think I took it way too seriously. Next time I will just answer first thought that comes to mind and go quickly.
After applying online, I took an assessment test gauging my retail and customer service aptitude. I was then called in for an initial one-on-one interview with a store manager, which focused on my work experience and situational questions. Some applicants, including myself, were brought in for a second, more in-depth interview. Upon clearing this stage, I received a job offer, which was contingent on a background check and, for some roles, a drug test
