After I applied for a few positions at Wayfair, I was contacted by a recruiter via email. The content of the email was that they reviewed my resume and would like to schedule a phone interview with me. I replied to the email right away and provided days and times when I’m available. I haven’t heard from the recruiter
since then! A few days after, I got an email from the Wayfair recruiting team saying that I’m not the right match for the role. Very confusing and unprofessional hiring process.
