Wayfair Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process is okay, English test then a video call interview, only to receive an email that they want a permanent residence candidate and I'm an international student and I can work currently in Poland I have a valid temporary residence. Why don't they specify next time on their job post so that us international students will know it's a job for only polish residences.

Average questions for interview typical standard stuff like what to do in difficult situation. Etc etc etc same stuff as usual. Talked about company culture and other stuff. Wasnt too impresssd to be honest
