Finding solutions
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and said that he thought that I would be a good fit the the role and that he would like to speak to me over the phone. I told him I was interested and gave him my phone number. He never responded. I sent a follow up message and he said I needed to apply to the role first, which was never explained and is highly unusual.
I went ahead and applied to the position only to received an email from the same recruiter saying that I was not being considered for the position anymore.
Unprofessional and a waste of time.

Interview
Video Interview, I had to reply to pre-recorded questions and then complete a numerical reasoning assessment. The questions were related to the job posting and they made sense; the numerical reasoning assessment was a complete waste of time, a VERY short time to complete many questions (do calculations, analyse graphs, charts etc.). What was the point of that? The questions were not difficult but resolving them in such a short time was really though, unless the candidate had studied for it like a Uni test for weeks if not months prior the interview.
