Wood Mackenzie interview questions

I participated on the process for the Account-Based Marketing Manager and wasn’t selected but since they liked me was offered to participate on this process. First the HR person contacted me and sent the new job description for me to agree on the role, after that I had a 8min chat with the emea marketing director, whom I met twice before, to check my availability and make sure I got the feedback from the previous role. On that occasion the director said it was going to check with the HR how it was going to be the next phases of the interview and get back to me. After two weeks I sent an email to HR contact and didn’t receive any answers, after a couple of days I sent to both the director and the HR person and received a automatic reply that the HR person left the company and I returned to contact the director. After a couple of days I received a message on LinkedIn from another HR person saying that the ABM position has been filled, but nothing about the sr marketing one. Yesterday I sent another email to the director and received an answer today saying that all positions were filled, no explanation about the interview processes I was promised.

Someone from HR reached out for my availability for a phone interview, I replied and followed up twice over a two-week period but did not hear from them. This has never happened to me before, and I found it extremely unprofessional.
