I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wood Mackenzie (London, England) in Jun 2019
Interview
Pretty efficient. Applies online, quick follow-up screening call with HR rep, followed quickly by another call with the hiring manager. There was then a slightly longer wait while I awaited the final decision.

Question 1
Why do you want to give up your current exciting editorial role for this?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wood Mackenzie (Louisville, KY) in Mar 2016
Interview
Phone interview in which they asked basic questions, i.e. what was I studying, what were my extracurriculars, interest in the internship, etc. This was followed by an in-person interview, where we talked more about the specifics of the job.

Question 1
Interest in the work they do, and prior research experience
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wood Mackenzie (Boston, MA) in Sep 2019
Interview
Within a week of applying, HR reached out to schedule a phone screening. Next was a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. Then an on-site visit, which consisted of 5 different 2:1 interview sessions. Ultimately, I did not get the job (it was given to someone internally, who had been part of the panel interviewing me). An overall quick and seamless hiring process, although it seems an obvious conflict of interest to be evaluated by a company employee in consideration for the same position.
