It was very fresh and fun process. It's my first time to have a video interview instead of talking to the person incharge. The questions weren't that difficult, they were the questions that always will be asked during the interview. So, enjoy it!

I got 2 interviews, both were online.
one was on-demand video recording 24hrs after my application. There were 14 questions such like: your motivation, your past working experience, you opinion about great customer service, written tests and etc.
another one was online interview with hiring manager and team leader, they asked about my previous working experience, and also did role play to test my language proficiency.
