11 on-demand interview questions, required to record my answer and submit it. Some of the question had only 1 chance of recording while others 2 chances, and some where 1 minute long, while others 2 minutes long. Also, we had to prepare a creative homework which we were supposed to show to present ourselves in one of the questions

The process of recruitment took approximately three month plus additional month for figuring our the documents. I appreciate how clearly LEGO Group communicated and supported me thought the process. Every stage is carefully organized, no unexpected deadlines or tasks occurred. I had very positive experience overall!
