the LEGO Group Sr. Project Manager interview questions

Three stage interview process - initial recruitment screener, interview and then interview with case study. All stages were over Teams. Process was very smooth - well organised with good communication.

I applied for the position in december and had my first interview with a HR recruiter in Feb. After that interview i had 2 interviews with 2 mangers and the same HR recruiter. Everything was made in a informal way and was taken over teams due to Covid. On the last interview i had to present a case with some standards scenario for my applied role. This was a fun way as i have been use to taking several test instead. Must more relevant to take a case and create a dialog around it.
