Interview
I love Lego but this "process" was really disappointing. I applied online. One has to register to their jobs site and fill in all the info that's already in my CV and LinkedIn profile. I waited 2 weeks, then got a rejection e-mail saying that they are considering other candidates instead (this was 3 months ago, they're still looking...). Another 2 months later I got a second mail with a survey about the application process. Every question is mandatory, even ones about the interview process I didn't even participate in. Also, there's a fixed list of departments where you have to pick where you applied, and that doesn't include IT - so it's not even possible to give them feedback.
The interview process was quite long. Recruiter screening, interview with hiring manager, technical task, technical interview (including questions on my solution to the task), final interview with hiring manager and some other team members. Each stage was a positive experience and the technical task was well thought-out, but maybe the whole process could have been condensed a little.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in Feb 2023
Interview
None, I was previously a consultant being promoted to Full Time Employee. My year of work as a consultant for LEGO served as my interview/probation period. I was a very easy, but not representative process
