the LEGO Group Project Manager interview questions

Interview session was extremely organised and prompt. First round of interview involved recruiter who came prepared with substantial information about said role. Second round was with the hiring manager who had a pleasant disposition and was very attentive and respectful of time. Final round consisted of a case study provided a week in advance for preparation.

There were 3 rounds - first a chat with the recruiter, then a longer meeting with the manager and colleagues (PM and Engineering Lead), and the last round was a use case presentation. All throughout the process I had a good contact with the recruiter, I was being asked about my experience and assured how excited the team is to potentially have me join. The process also helped me reason about the culture I would be stepping into.
