the LEGO Group Project Manager interview questions

First had an HR screening. Then an interview with my would be manager. Then a presentation interview. I didn't get the role and was told it was because the other candidate was slightly better. How does that help anyone?! Also was told they'd keep me on file as there were other roles coming up. I heard nothing and then when I saw another role I applied for it and got turned down straight away! I wish companies would just be honest.
