I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was thorough but fun! After an initial call to talk through my experience and why I was interested in the position I was asked to continue to the next stage. This was a technical test for which I had time to complete the tasks at my own pace before presenting this to two other members of the team a few days later. This allowed me to talk through the solutions I had arrived at and my thinking behind them. The final stage was with a wider group of managers and was a more traditional interview (e.g. what work have you done recently that you're most proud of, give an example where you've had to persuade people to your way of thinking.)
