Pros

Has a good salary, above average. And there are a lot of training and resources for new employees.

Cons

Everything is dictated by managers who don't have real experience in the field. There is little grow opportunities in the short term. And the flexibility depends mostly on your manager. WFH policy changed to a "4-day at office" without any justification.

Head office is in USA, and my team is mostly there. Bit we still work well together remotely.
