Pros

7-Eleven as a company is solid and well positioned for growth. Employees that show initiative are given plenty of opportunity to grow and advance. 7-Eleven promotes advancement from within.

Cons

The morale is low among lower-level employees and even front line workers. This can prevent others from see all the benefits that 7-Eleven provides to their employees.

Pros

They give great benefits, such as a free car with free business gas. They give $50 a month for a cell phone. You can make your own schedule.

Cons

They don't treat employees with respect. The salary is not competitive, in 2009 they didn't give anyone raises. A lot of times as a district manager, you have to deliver posters and stickers to store, so you feel like a mail man.
