Every company has faults. Upper management can be unapproachable. Technical support is consistent, but difficult to reach at times.

Pros

Really friendly and engaging work space. Really nice office. They give you everything you need as far as WFH kits. Lots of mentorship and clear leadership.

Cons

Lots of information. Bad training style. Too much work for little pay. Stuck in position for 18 months before considered to move up.
