Pros

Good pay, training and benefits. Co-workers work as a team to assist you with issues. Good company culture.

Cons

- client service has way too many topics to handle that can be overwhelming. When trying to reach other departments to assist clients with issues, they will most of the time not take responsibility in assisting the client.

Decent pay rate and benefits.

Cons

The environment can be incredibly catty. Moving up is about who you know and how willing you are to suck up to management. Extreme levels of micromanagement, you can’t even go to the bathroom without them questioning where you are and why you aren’t live to take calls. Overall, not worth the pay.
