Pros

Extensive training and team building exercises, which helped support us throughout our time at work.

Cons

This is an entry level job that promises to help you move up in the company, but also requires an extended promised period of time for a call center job with extremely angry customers. They also keep watch over you and time your amount of time spent in the restroom, on a break, and off calls. They bank on you not making it long enough to move up in the company.
