Pros

Nice office and they provide great equipment for employees to use.

Cons

The amount of calls you take in this position is just like a call center . I was advised the position would not require back to back phone calls and bay was that not the case .

Benefits are great, 6 federal holidays given as PTO

Cons

Micro managing and not being able to take days off that the company gives you. Being taken advantage of and belittled is not a healthy work environment
