Departments don't communicate well to each other to work together and a lot of representatives are not held accountable for their errors. Some managers treat their teams better than others. Underpayment for the amount of knowledge and work that is expected by representatives.

Been told all work from home employees will be let go with no option to transfer to offices. Company takes advantge of reps work on their own time to complete calculations and reports etc for clients. We are given 1 hour off the phones to complete client tasks. Daily you get 3 or for tasks you can' t complete while on the phone with the client and each will take no less than 20 mins to complete. Many reports and calculation requests can take 3 or 4 hours to work out. It is impossible to complete and no OT is allowed for personal tasks if it is not year end. Your forced to work it out for free if you want to keep your job! It is nothing to log in to chat on a weekend and talk to friends and discuss what we are working on for free. We regularly discuss how much time ADP is taking of the books of our lives. I don't have all day to list the cons for this department .
