Pros

Great people to work with. Hours are flexible, good training programs, great team to work with. Overall enjoyed the team aspect of work

Cons

Career Growth is non existent. Have several temporary employees that come and go. Upper Management is lacking, need to bridge the gap from Management to employees.

Pros

It was great to work from home 1-2 days per week. My co-workers were very creative and fun to be around.

Cons

Very reactive, but not very proactive, limited upward mobility. For such a big company ADP did not offer very good prices for health benefits.

Pros

Great benefits, great learning (e-learning) opportunities, great co-workers.

Cons

Tuition reimbursement is a joke. Promotions are rare. They change their policies too often, so once you have the new scripts down they change them again.
