Overworked & Underpaid

Hybrid work environment, friendly co-workers

Cons

Overworked. 80% of every team will quit within one year, leaving the remaining associates completely swamped. We support billions of dollars and get paid hardly enough to survive. Poor communication between departments - I was told I would be a payroll account manager and half the time I’m a tax accountant, benefits advisor, therapist, and everything else you can imagine. My last yearly raise was under 50 cents…
