Pros

Employees are wonderful. Very hard working and dedicated. Very casual dress at work. Technology was exceptional

Cons

Senior leaderhsip does not listen to employees. Two years of similar feedback and no change. Turnover has increased dramatically due to the intensity of the jobs. They cannot afford the resources that are needed to deliver their solutions, so the salaried employees are forced to work an absurd amount of hours. Compensation for higher-level positions, such as Client Relationship Managers and Account Managers are not systematic. No rhyme or reason why one person makes in the 50's and others are in the 100's. President of the company rules with fear.

Pros

ADP's financials are such that there is fairly good job security.

Cons

Service to customers is good - not great. Products are good - not great. Long time to fix situations. Jammed management so not much room to grow. Sales leadership is poor at division level - at NAS and field level it is great.

Pros

Great company to work for. One of only a few AAA rated companies, so you know you are working for not only an industry leader, but rather one of the best companies in America.

Cons

Way too repetitive. You take the same type of calls all day long. If you don't want to take 85 calls a day and ask the same 10 questions over and over again, this job isn't for you.
